Spring is in the air
We helped Discover Science and Engineering to launch their Greenwave programme for 2008 on Tuesday. Emma Mooney is pictured giving Freddie the frog a kiss at Airfield in Dundrum during the launch. The initiative encourages children to plot the arrival of wildlife and new growth of plants and flowers across Ireland. This year, the experiment includes recording the appearance of the frog and frog spawn in anticipation of Spring’s sunshine. To find out more, please visit the Greenwave website.
